About the registration

Welcome to the Troy Strawberry Festival Arts & Crafts Vendor application. 

 

This is the doorway to the heart of the Troy Strawberry Festival - the main revenue generator for many of the local non-profit organizations that serve Troy and Miami County, Ohio!  Your participation is key to the successful operation of dozens of services and support that make the area a great place to live!

 

This application is required for:

  • Anyone selling hardgoods or pre-packaged food items
  • Individuals

 

What you will need to complete this application:

 

  • Primary Contact Information (entered under Business Name section even if you are an individual or an LNPO)- this is the person who will be contacted for everything during the event and issues with this application. A working, frequently checked email address is required as this is the primary communication method through the Eventeny website as well as direct emails for the office, as well as a working telephone number that can accept calls any time of day or night.  The information in the Eventeny account that this application is listed under should match this information.

 

  • A complete list of products with descriptions you wish to sell.  Products MUST be handmade or substantially personalized to qualify for consideration.  NO IMPORTS.  Changes to offerings may be made here prior to the application being approved.  Any changes after approval must be communicated and approved by TSF or will be rejected.

 

  • Pictures of products and retail space frontage/setup.

 

  • Commercial Insurance Policy as specified in the TSF Rules and Regulations (unexpired, in-force dates to include this event)

 

  • Tent Rental Requirements

 

  • Electrical Service Requests (Electric is no guaranteed.  Electric must be approved by the City electricians and may only be approved for making products not for fans, cash registers, etc.

Terms & Conditions

Applications close March 31st at 11:59pm.  Apply early as we evaluate submissions continuously.  An email will be sent through Eventeny regarding status changes as we evaluate entries.

 

This is an outdoor event and happens rain or shine.  Please be prepared.  Event may be suspended/closed/ended by organizers or public safety authorities at any time for extreme weather or other safety reasons.

 

Approval, Space size, rentals, and utilities are not guaranteed, even for returning participants.

 

No fees will be charged until application is approved.

 

Spaces must be maintained for queue/wait-lines, cleanliness, as well as safety and security. Liquid spatter/spill mitigation must be maintained to avoid charges for concrete/asphalt cleaning and repairs.  Operations are subject to Full Stop Order by event leaders for non-compliance.

 

Pneumatic tires on carts encouraged.  All restocking is done by hand from parking areas once the Festival opens.

 

ABSOLUTLEY NO VEHICLES MAY ENTER/LEAVE/OPERATE WITHIN THE FESTIVAL SITE AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAY JUNE 5TH THROUGH EVENT CONCLUSION.  UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES MAY ONLY BE ACCOMMODATED UNDER RARE ESCORT BY FESTIVAL REPRESENTATIVE WITH PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND APPROVAL.

12x12 Tent Rental $230.00 Non-refundable Tent rental is available through the festival and its contracted vendor. Tent rental includes rental of a fire-retardant tent, installation, and removal of the tent(s). The festival will order and place your requested tent.
12x24 Tent Rental $360.00 Non-refundable Tent rental is available through the festival and its contracted vendor. Tent rental includes rental of a fire-retardant tent, installation, and removal of the tent(s). The festival will order and place your requested tent.

The VENDOR is required to provide the appropriate electrical cord hookups. Connection adapters will not be provided.
