About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor. This application is designed for businesses and individuals offering DONATED products and services. Please read through the guidelines below to ensure a smooth application process. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically

  • Applications will be reviewed based on product category, event needs, and space availability.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email along with event details.

We’re excited to invite local businesses, organizations, and service providers to participate in our upcoming Back-to-School Bash & Community Giveaway — a high-energy, family-focused event aimed at preparing students for a successful school year while bringing the community together.

Terms & Conditions

Application Process:

  • All vendors must submit a completed application form along with any required documentation and fees by the stated deadline.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Applications will be reviewed based on product type, event needs, and space availability.

Accepted Vendor Categories:

  • Art & Crafts

  • Clothing & Accessories

  • Health & Wellness Products

  • Specialty Services

  • Other (subject to approval)

Payment and Fees:

This booth fee is waived for all in kind donation vendors.  All donations are voluntary, non refundable, and given without expectation of compensation, unless otherwise stated in a signed sponsorship or partnership agreement. 



Vendor Responsibilities:

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, and necessary equipment.

  • All merchandise must be displayed within the designated booth area.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of waste properly.

  •  We do not assign a monetary value for tax purposes.

Compliance & Permits:

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary business licenses or permits required by local regulations.

Vendors selling handmade or specialty products must comply with safety standards and applicable laws. 

  • All products donated must be new, unused, and in good, working condition, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

    Services donated must be performed with professional standards and in accordance with any agreed timeline or deliverables.

 

 Cancellation Policy:

  • Vendors must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the event.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the deadline.

  • Refunds are subject to the approval of the organizer.
  • Vendor fees are non-transferable
  • The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

 Liability & Insurance:

  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

  • The event organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.

 Agreement Acceptance:
By submitting an application, vendors agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
