About the application

Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only and a limited number of spaces for 501C3 Not-for-profit organizations. Read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application.

The Suwanee Fest committee will be accepting applications for participation in the September 19 & 20 event. Booth fees for this year's event will not be processed until after the July 4th holiday.

If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

The deadline for all applications was March 31 but we do have a few openings at this time.  The application fee is not refundable ($35 fee), even if the event is canceled.

 

NON-PROFIT BOOTHS SHOULD

  • Include an interactive activity for festival attendees!
  • Educate attendees about your non-profit!
  • Set up an attractive and engaging display to make attendees want to come to your booth!
  • Engage with the community and build relationships - recruit volunteers, find people who need your services, raise money, or sell items that benefit the organization (but sold items will require approval and need to fall within the festival guidelines).
  • Have fun and follow the festival theme! This year is Jurassic Park-themed!

NON-PROFIT BOOTHS SHOULD NOT:

  • Sell food or drinks that can be purchased from food vendors.
  • Have activities that other vendors will be providing for a fee (like face painting, free water, sand art, popcorn, or other food besides small candy items).
  • Sell items that are not from the non-profit or about the non-profit.
  • Allow others to sell from the non-profit tent.
  • Sublease vendor space to another vendor.
  • Give away food, water, or other goods that would be sold at the event.
  • Change their booth activity without approval from the Suwanee Fest committee.

Terms & Conditions

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss

Prices

Application fees $35.00 Non-refundable This is a non-refundable application fee. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Single booth $150.00 Non-refundable Single booth price for a registered 501c3 Non-profit booth is $150 per space.
Double booth $300.00 Non-refundable
Deep booth $200.00 Non-refundable
Tent $150.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10 by 10 rented tent that will be a white tent, with weights, set up in your space for you to use during the festival. Tent will be set up in the spot prior to check-in.
Table $10.00 Non-refundable This is a fee to rent tables during the event. Tables will be delivered to your booth area during event set-up. These will be wooden 6 foot tables. This will not include table covers. The fee is PER table.
Chair $5.00 Non-refundable This fee is for renting a folding chair to use during the festival. These chairs are rented for the two days of the festival and will be delivered on Friday during vendor load-in. The fee is per chair.
Electrical Outlet $100.00 Non-refundable Per 110 volt connection. Must supply your own 100 foot extension cord.
Storage space $50.00 Non-refundable This is for additional storage or shade behind the booth(up to 5 feet) but NOT used for selling space.
