Food Vendors
About the application
Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items and a limited number of food vendors. Please read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application.
Booth fees for this year's event will not be processed until after the July 4th holiday. If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.
The deadline for all applications is March 31. The application fee ($35) is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the event is canceled.
A few quick notes about food vending:
- If you need to replenish food or restock during the event, your delivery should be made to the "Food Drop-Off" located just outside the food court. A pass is required to enter this area. You may pick up the pass at vendor check-in.
- Food vendors are NOT permitted to use amplified sound to play music during the festival.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to park behind or beside their booth or anywhere in the food court area. Cars parked within the area will be towed, ticketed, or the vendor will be removed from the festival.
- Please reserve the appropriate booth size. Vendors who extend past their allotted rented space will be subject to additional booth fees PLUS a $200 fine.
- Vendors must be onsite and ready to serve at 9:00 am on Saturday and close by 7:00 pm. Sunday hours begin at 12:00 pm (noon), and vendors must stop selling for the weekend at 5:00 pm.
- Food vendors are required to accept Suwanee Bucks as a form of payment during the festival. Suwanee Bucks should be treated like currency, and vendors should return change if due to the customer.
- Suwanee Bucks can be redeemed onsite at the Festival Information tent found in front of City Hall until 6:00 pm on Sunday.
- ALL Suwanee Bucks redemptions MUST be made either to city hall or by mail by October 31.
- Food Tents are NOT allowed to sell items cooked in grease/fryers. Only food trucks and trailers may sell food items cooked in grease/fryers.
- Please submit your most recent health inspection and business license from your county of origin.
- Vendors are responsible to remove end of day trash to the trash collection area near city hall. Vendors who leave trash piles at their booth site will be fined up to $200.
If you are unable to comply with these rules and the regular festival rules and guidelines, please do NOT apply.
