Pride in the Park 2026 – Food Truck & On-Site Food Vendor Application

 

This application is for food trucks and vendors preparing food or beverages on site for Pride in the Park 2026, a vibrant, community-centered celebration of LGBTQIA+ pride, visibility, and love.

 

Event Details

Date: Sunday, June 28, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: City Park, Hall Blvd
Set-Up: Begins as early as 7:00 AM


Accepted food vendors will receive an approximately 30-foot space located along Hall Blvd between 3rd and 4th, within the designated Food Court area. This space is designed to accommodate food trucks and vendors actively cooking or preparing food and drinks during the event. There will be no access to electricity. Be sure your booth is self sufficient.

 

Pride in the Park is a fully inclusive, family-friendly event that celebrates diversity in all its forms. We are committed to creating a welcoming, affirming environment for attendees, performers, volunteers, and vendors alike. All participating vendors must be inclusive and respectful of all identities, including sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, ability, and background.

Pride in the Park 2026, hosted by Pride Beaverton, is back for its 9th fabulous year - brighter, bolder, and gayer than ever! This joyful community celebration transforms Beaverton City Park into a glittering, rainbow-soaked festival of queer joy and togetherness. Expect a dazzling mix of local artists, queer performers, crafty makers, community nonprofits, and mouth-watering food vendors, all coming together to create a warm, family-friendly, and fiercely inclusive space where everyone under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella AND every fabulous ally belongs. Join us for a day filled with music, sparkle, drag, laughter, pride, and pure community magic as we celebrate diversity, uplift queer voices, and honor the beauty of being unapologetically ourselves.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility & Approval

--All vendors are subject to approval by Pride Beaverton.
--We prioritize queer vendors, but ally vendors are welcome.
--Some vendors may be wait-listed depending on space, product types.  We are trying to have less overlap in food, as we have in the past.

--If you are rejected, your fees will be completely refunded.

 

Product Selection & Limitations

--To ensure a diverse and balanced marketplace, vendors may be asked to alter or limit duplicate items.
--Pride Beaverton reserves the right to refuse items that do not align with the festival’s mission or values.
--No live animal sales are allowed at the festival.

 

Fees & Payments

--Vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline to secure your spot.
--Fees are non-refundable unless the festival is canceled.

 

Set-Up & Breakdown

--Vendors may begin setup at 7:00am on June 28th, 2026.

--All setup must be complete by 10:00am on June 28th, 2026. Any vendor not setup by 10:00am will be turned away.
--All food trucks must remain open until 5:00pm, the official festival close.
--Vendors are responsible for their own setup, materials, signage, and cleanup.

 

Booth Assignments & Location

--Pride Beaverton reserves the right to assign food truck locations.
--Vendors may not switch locations without prior approval.

 

Conduct & Compliance

--Vendors must follow all festival rules, staff instructions, and city regulations.
--Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the festival without refund.

 

Insurance & Liability

--Vendors are responsible for their own property and insurance.
--Pride Beaverton and the City of Beaverton are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

--Vendors agree to weigh down tent legs, 25lbs per leg.

 

Indemnification

--Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify Pride Beaverton and the City of Beaverton from any claims, damages, or losses related to their participation.

 

Media & Photography

--By participating, vendors consent to the use of photographs, video, or media featuring their booth or products for festival promotion without compensation.

 

Cancellations & Changes

--Pride Beaverton reserves the right to cancel, relocate, or make changes to the festival or vendor layout if necessary for safety or logistical reasons.
