Thank you for your interest in GT Community Market hosted by GVG Events and GA Tech Dining!
This event will take place Wednesday 3/18/26 from 11am-3pm.
For this event we are accepting vendors from the following categories...
Vintage (clothing, furniture, jewelry, housewares, collectibles)
Handmade Artisan Goods (jewelry, candles, health and beauty, leather works, stained glass, ceramics, upcycled fashion, etc.)(No wholesale, MLM or mass produced goods!)
Local Art (Original artwork such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, etc. Prints, stickers, shirts and other items are acceptable as long as they are being sold by the original artist only. No wholesale or mass produced goods!)
***NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE VENDORS**
Vendor fee for this event is $35.00.
Paid parking is available for $15.00 and is the responsibility of the vendor to pay at pay booths on the day of the event.
All spaces are 10'x10' and will be assigned prior to the day of the event.
GEORGIA TECH STUDENTS selling vintage, handmade, or art items are eligible to apply for a free vendor s[ace, pending approval.
IMPORTANT: You must use your GT email address when applying. Applications submitted without a valid GT email will not be approved.
NOTE: Student vendors are not permitted to sell food or beverage items.
Each approved student vendor will be provided with: (x1) 6ft table and (x2) folding chairs. Table and chairs will be set up prior to your arrival. They may not be moved without prior permission.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions
GVG EVENTS LLC – VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review the following carefully. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for all vendors and attendees.
TENT WEIGHTS
All tents must be secured with sandbag-style weights—25 lbs. per leg minimum.
Vendors without proper weights may be asked to remove their tents for safety reasons.
If you are unsure whether your weights meet the requirement, please contact GVG Events in advance.
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
14+ days before event: Full withdrawal and full refund.
7–13 days before event: Full withdrawal and possible refund if your booth can be filled by another vendor.
Less than 48 hours: No refund.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in GVG Events LLC markets, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GVG Events LLC, its staff, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages—including legal fees—arising from your participation. This includes any claims made by your employees, partners, or customers.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your property, including but not limited to tents, merchandise, and displays. GVG Events LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors are responsible for providing and maintaining all booth setup materials including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, signage, and displays.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Setup: 8:30AM – 10:00 AM
No vendors are allowed to load in before 8:30AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM. Vendors arriving after the market opens will forfeit their space and will not be allowed to set up.
Breakdown: Begins after market close (3:00 PM).
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from GVG Events staff. Unauthorized early departures may result in exclusion from future events.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather (for vendor and attendee safety), a 75% refund will be issued.
Cancellation decisions will be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
