About the application
Momentum Walnut Creek is more than a wellness walk. It is a Downtown Wellness Experience that brings together movement, nourishment, recovery, and community in the heart of Walnut Creek. We are inviting local businesses, wellness professionals, and community partners to take part in this citywide experience. Whether you are hosting an activation, offering a service, or sharing wellness-focused products, Momentum is your opportunity to connect directly with an engaged, health-minded audience.
Who Can Participate:
Momentum Walnut Creek is designed to be broad and inclusive. If your business or organization supports physical, mental, or lifestyle wellness in any way, you are a great fit.This includes but is not limited to:
- Fitness studios and trainers
- Health, wellness, and recovery providers
- Nutrition, hydration, and wellness-focused food and beverage businesses
- Beauty, skincare, and self-care brands
- Medical, holistic, and alternative wellness practitioners
- Local retailers with wellness-aligned products
- Community organizations and nonprofits related to health and wellness
Business Application:
Please complete the application below to be considered as a participating business, activation, or experience provider. All applications are reviewed and approved in advance. Submission of this form does not guarantee participation.
All approved participating businesses will be contacted prior to the event with pre-event instructions and further details. All businesses will be listed on the event website and event map.
Each host business is required to participate with either a hydration station (offering a hydrating beverage, drink sample, etc.), a fueling station (offering a food sample or on-the-go snack), or both! We encouraged hosts to partner with local businesses to provide their beverage and/or food samples. Participating businesses are also encouraged to get creative and make their space stand out to attract attendees with incentivizing offers (i.e. free class coupon, raffle, discounted session, giveaway merch, etc.).
Spots are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up early to secure your place. We can’t wait to build wellness Momentum with you!

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Event Boundaries & Map:
The starting location for Momentum Walnut Creek is (to be announced soon). To ensure all businesses are within easy walking distance for attendees, the event boundaries are defined as the area between (location coming soon).
If your business is located outside these boundaries, we recommend applying for a booth at the starting location or partnering with a business within the defined area. If you’re interested in partnering with another business, reach out to our team—we’d be happy to help connect you. Please see the attached map for more details.
Event Tickets:
Tickets to the event are not included in your registration. If you are interested in purchasing tickets for your team, please contact kelsey@walnutcreekdowntown.com for special ticket pricing.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee for this event covers the WCD staff time planning the event, marketing campaign, and all event logistics. If you are unable to pay the registration fee, please reach out to kelsey@walnutcreekdowntown.com to discuss alternative options.
Prices
| Downtown Wellness Stop | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Businesses (retail, restaurant, services) with a storefront located within the downtown event boundaries. You will be a designated "stop" on the map and attendees will visit your store during the event. |
| Starting Location Booth | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Businesses and organizations located outside of the downtown event boundaries. You will be assigned to one of two starting locations and will receive a 10x10 space (includes the space only, must provide own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies) |
| Pop-Up Vendor | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Businesses located outside of the downtown event boundaries. This is limited to small businesses, local retailers, and artisan vendors who are selling products. You will be assigned to one of two starting locations or paired with a downtown business. Vendor will receive an 8' space for a table display (Only the space is provided, vendor must provide table, chairs, and event supplies. Storage space is limited to under the table and no pop-ups are allowed). |
| Tasting Partner | $0.00 | Non-refundable | Businesses located outside of the downtown event boundaries. An opportunity to be paired with a downtown business and offer sampling of your product. This is a promotional opportunity and you must provide samples for all event attendees and may not sell products during the event. If you are unable to attend the event and would like to provide samples to be provided to attendees at the starting location or in their tote bags, please note that in your application. |
