About the application
Important – Please Read Before Applying:
This application is STRICTLY for food vendors who prepare and sell food on site.
If you do NOT sell food or if you sell pre-packaged items only (such as baked goods made under Texas Cottage Law, candies, snacks, or non-food items), please apply under the Maker Vendor Application instead.
This Food Vendor Application is reserved for vendors who:
- Prepare food or beverages on site
- Cook, assemble, or serve food during the event
Permit Requirement:
All accepted food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the city where the event is taking place.
This permit is the vendor’s responsibility to secure prior to the event.
STX Markets does not obtain permits on behalf of vendors.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors will be selected based on menu variety, space availability, and event needs.

STX Markets hosts curated maker's markets that highlight handmade, small-batch, and artist-created goods, creating a cohesive and elevated shopping experience for our community.

Key Details:
This event will be outdoors, please prepare accordingly
• STX Markets accepts 3–5 vendors per category to maintain balance and variety
• Categories are determined by the primary items sold
• Vendors must bring their own full setup (table, chairs, displays, etc.)
• Events are rain or shine and may only be canceled or rescheduled in cases of severe weather
• All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable — please plan ahead before booking
Application Fee:
A $10 application fee is required per event.
• If accepted and full payment is made, the $10 will be refunded or applied to your vendor fee
• If not accepted, or if payment is not completed by the deadline, the fee is non-refundable
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that STX Markets is a curated event and that submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendor Agreement
This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, vendors agree to the following terms:
Fees & Payments
• All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions
• This includes cancellations due to personal conflicts, emergencies, illness, weather, or no-shows
• Vendors are responsible for planning accordingly before booking
Product Approval & Booth Policies
• Only items approved in the application may be sold
• Booth sharing is not permitted, even between businesses with the same owner
• Each business must apply and pay separately
Counterfeit & Replica Disclosure:
• Any replica, inspired, or non-original items must be disclosed in the application
• These items must also be clearly labeled in the booth
• Failure to disclose may result in removal without refund
Weather & Liability
• Events are rain or shine
• STX Markets may cancel or reschedule in severe or unsafe weather conditions
• STX Markets is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, lost items, or damage to goods
Communication & Conduct:
• Vendors must monitor official STX Markets communication channels
• Vendors must maintain professional behavior at all times
• Failure to follow instructions may result in penalties or removal
Intellectual Property & Non-Use Clause:
Vendors may organize their own events outside of STX Markets.
Vendors may use photos and video footage taken at an STX Markets event and may reference the STX Markets name for the purpose of promoting their participation, products, or business (e.g., “Sold at STX Markets,” recap posts, vendor spotlights).
However, by participating in an STX Markets event, vendors agree not to use, copy, replicate, or adapt any STX Markets branding, wording, marketing language, advertising tactics, communication style, layouts, vendor processes, timelines, or logistical methods for their own events or businesses.
This includes, but is not limited to: event language, vendor communications, marketing rollouts, application structures, timelines, and operational frameworks.
Any misuse or replication of STX Markets’ proprietary materials or processes may result in immediate removal from the event, permanent ban from future STX Markets events, and potential legal action

Prices
| Early Bird Pricing- 10x10 Booth Space | $45.00 | Non-refundable | Application & Vendor Space Information This fee is available until January 10th, 2025 and after that date the fee will go up to $45. The vendor fee covers your reserved vendor space at the event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own full setup, including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents (if allowed), displays, extension cords, and any materials needed to operate their booth. Please review all event details and requirements carefully before applying to ensure you are fully prepared for market day. |
| Single booth | $55.00 | Non-refundable | Application & Vendor Space Information The vendor fee covers your reserved vendor space at the event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own full setup, including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents (if allowed), displays, extension cords, and any materials needed to operate their booth.
