About the event

Join us as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by coming together to serve our community and make a difference! The City of Rowlett is hosting a Volunteer & Service Fair, bringing together local organizations, passionate speakers, and opportunities for you to get involved in meaningful ways! What to Expect: Passionate Speakers: Hear from community leaders and changemakers who will inspire you to get involved and make an impact. Local Organizations: Meet with representatives from a variety of nonprofit groups and volunteer organizations who are looking for help and support. Food Trucks: Enjoy delicious food from local vendors while networking with fellow community members. Proclamation Ceremony: A special presentation honoring Dr. King’s enduring influence and commitment to service and justice. Let’s Make a Difference!

Terms & Conditions

  • Please log into your Eventeny account to check all the information and the site map before your arrival including your assigned booth number.
  • We are encouraging everyone to visit all booths by having a raffle as part of the program. Please initial the box for your organization on the program for anyone who visits your table.
  • You must arrive by 09:00am and have your booth setup and ready to go by 10:00am.
  • The City is providing each organization (1) 6ft table and (2) chairs. You are expected to bring anything else you need including decorations, tablecloths, etc.
  • You must stay until the event conclusion at 1 pm
