Welcome to the application process for Sail250 Maryland & Airshow Baltimore presented by Northrop Grumman! We appreciate your interest in joining us from June 26-28, 2026 at one of our (3) festival venues: Inner Harbor, Fell's Point and Blue Angels Airshow/Baltimore Peninsula. Admission to Sail250 is 100% free and all are welcome! For more information about the event, download our free app and/or visit www.sail250md.org.
Sail Baltimore has created this quick and easy form to help organize the various land assets and displays that the US Navy and other partners will bring to the festivities. Thank you for taking the time to share your contact and logistical information with us.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- This form is only for use by the US Navy and other active military personnel.
- Sail Baltimore will review all submissions and contact you to propose which of our three festival sites (Inner Harbor, Fell's Point or Blue Angels Airshow/Baltimore Peninsula) we think works best for your display.
- Please know that requests for tenting, tables, chairs, power, etc. can not be guaranteed and will be sourced based on budget and availbilty.
- Please budget for any parking needs in area garages and lots for personnel manning your display. There is no free, discounted or reserved parking at this event.
- Full guidelines with information about festival dates/times, load-in/out, booth assignment/festival map, etc. will be sent by June 15.
