About the application
Welcome to the application process for Sail250 Maryland & Airshow Baltimore presented by Northrop Grumman! We appreciate your interest in joining us from June 26-28, 2026 at the Baltimore Peninsual Festival, a great and family-friendly viewing site for the weekend's Blue Angels Airshow. Admission to Sail250 is 100% free and all are welcome! For more information about the event, download our free app and/or visit www.sail250md.org.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- This application is for Nonprofit Exhibitors (10x10 tent space) at the Baltimore Peninsula Festival.
- Nonproft exhibitors must align with the festival themes (i.e., maritime/living history, aviation, sailing, veteran services/support, local pride, etc.).
- Nonprofit exhibitors must be open during all festival hours on Friday, June 26; (11am-7pm); Saturday, June 27 (1-6pm) and Sunday, June 28 (11am-6pm). These hours are subject to change.
- The fee covers all (3) days of festival. You will be provided a 10x10 tent space, (1) 6ft. table and (2) chairs as part of your fee.
- Nonprofit exhibitors may not sell merchandise, food or beverages of any kind.
- Once you have been accepted into the festival and payment has been received, full or partial refunds are not given for any reason.
- Sail250 makes every effort to be a rain or shine event. There are no full or partial refunds if the festival is delayed or cancelled due to dangerously inclement weather.
- The festival does not provide on-site electricity, water, ice or supplies.
- The festival does not provide free, discounted or reserved parking for volunteers, staff or support vehicles.
- Full exhibitor guidelines with information about load-in/out, security, space assignments, festival map etc. will be emailed by June 15.
