Halloween On Central
About the application
Twenty two blocks of Central Avenue between MLK and 31st Street will be filled with costumes, candy, entertainment, and vendors.
You will need to provide your own electricity and tent supplies.
** You are applying for a space in the Grand Central District location between 20th St and 28th St. If you wish to be in the Voodoo Village you must apply on their individual websites.

Terms & Conditions:
A 50% refund will be given with a written notice request received by September 15th, 2026. No refunds will be given for any request received on or after October 1st, 2026. Failure to show up for event will not receive a refund. Performance based refunds will not be given.
You must provide your own insurances and certificates to vend at this event.
No Electricity, tent supplies, or festival materials will be provided by Grand Central District. Rain or shine event unless in the event of a natural disaster.
