Welcome to the application process for Sail250 Maryland & Airshow Baltimore presented by Northrop Grumman! We appreciate your interest in joining us from June 26-28, 2026 at the Inner Harbor Festival. This Sail250 festival venue features visiting US Navy and international tall ships, flyovers, live music, an interactive cooking demo stage called Seafood for Thought, exhibitors, living history, the wildly popular Living Classrooms Foundation STEM Tent and, of course, a delicious food & beverage program reflecting the best of Baltimore. About the event
Terms & Conditions
- This application is for Maryland Arts & Crafts (10x10 tent space) at the Inner Harbor Festival. Eligible applicants are arists and craftspeople who live and work in Maryland.
- Maryland Arts & Crafts must be open during all festival hours: Friday, June 26 (10am-7pm); Saturday, June 27 (11am-8pm) and Sunday, June 28 (11am-6pm). These hours are subject to change.
- The vending fee covers all (3) days of festival. Sail Baltimore does not collect a commission or percentage of your sales. Once you have been accepted into the festival and payment has been received, full or partial refunds are not given for any reason.
- Sail Baltimore will provide each artist with a 10x10 frame tent with sidewall for overnight storage, (1) 6ft. table and (2) chairs.
- Sail Baltimore will curate a diverse and exciting roster of Maryland artists & craftspeople. However, there is no category or item exclusivity.
- Items sold and displayed at Maryland Arts & Crafts booths should be at least 80% thematically relevant to the event (maritime, sailing, aviation, history/Americana, local pride, Baltimore/Maryland etc.). All works must be your original creations.
- Pre-packaged handcrafted food items made in Maryland are allowed (ex., honey, hot sauce). However, if your booth requires a temporary food license from the Baltimore City Health Department, you must apply as a food vendor and not Arts & Crafts.
- Arts & Crafts booths cannot sell food, beer, wine, spirits, general merchandise and/or corporately mass-produced items. Promotional products, professional services, personal care/beauty items, home improvement businesses, multi-level marketing and/or brand activations are not eligible for this category, but we are happy to refer you to our sponsorship team.
- Sail250 makes every effort to be a rain or shine event. There are no full or partial refunds if the festival is delayed or cancelled due to dangerously inclement weather.
- The festival does not provide electricity or free, discounted or reserved parking for staff, volunteers or your support vehicles.
- Full vendor guidelines with information about load-in/out, security, space assignments, festival map etc. will be emailed by June 15.
