Welcome to the application process for Sail250 Maryland & Airshow Baltimore presented by Northrop Grumman! We appreciate your interest in joining us from June 26-28, 2026 at the Inner Harbor Festival. This Sail250 festival venue features visiting US Navy and international tall ships, flyovers, live music, an interactive cooking demo stage called Seafood for Thought, exhibitors, living history, the wildly popular Living Classrooms Foundation STEM Tent and, of course, a delicious food & beverage program reflecting the best of Baltimore. About the event
Terms & Conditions
- This application is for Food Vendors (10x10 tent space) at the Inner Harbor Festival.
- Food vendors must be open during all festival hours: Friday, June 26 (10am-7pm); Saturday, June 27 (11am-8pm) and Sunday, June 28 (11am-6pm). These hours are subject to change.
- The vending fee covers all (3) days of festival. Sail Baltimore does not collect a commission or percentage of your sales. Once you have been accepted into the festival and payment has been received, full or partial refunds are not given for any reason.
- Sail Baltimore will provide each food vendor with a 10x10 frame tent with sidewall for overnight storage and (3) 6ft. unskirted tables.
- Sail Baltimore will curate a diverse and exciting roster of food vendors and food trucks. However, there is no category or menu item exclusivity.
- Food vendors may be required to sell specific products at price points set by the festival if brand sponsorships are secured (ex., bottled water).
- Food vendors can not sell beer, wine or spirits.
- Sail250 makes every effort to be a rain or shine event. There are no full or partial refunds if the festival is delayed or cancelled due to dangerously inclement weather.
- Food vendors must provide their own water, ice and hush/quiet generator power source. Failure to bring a hush generator will result in expulsion from the festival grounds without a full or partial refund.
- The festival does not provide free, discounted or reserved parking for food vendors, staff or your support vehicles.
- Food vendors must be in compliance with all local rules and regulations including BCHD and BCFD. If a food vendor does not pass on-site inspections by the Health, Fire or any other regulatory department, there are no full or partial refunds if the violation can not be corrected.
- Food vendors must obtain their own temporary food permit from the Baltimore City Health Department. The festival will provide the BCHD with our authorized list of vendors by April15, 2026; please do not apply for your Baltimore CIty Health Department permit until after April 15.
- Full food truck guidelines with information about load-in/out, security, space assignments, festival map etc. will be emailed by June 15.
