Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

This application is for vendors selling artwork, crafts, and other goods made in Mississippi.

Our company has always been proud to support makers and doers across the US, and now we’re getting the opportunity to highlight Mississippi artisans and craftspeople, many of which we proudly carry in our shops. This event will allow fans to meet some of these incredible vendors and see them work on their craft in person.

Application deadline is February 28, 2026.  Applications that include photos or a portfolio will receive preference.

Vendors must be based in the State of Mississippi to be considered.  Please note Laurel Mercantile Co. does not allow for sales of alcoholic beverages, live animals, or items that could be considered hazardous or combustible.  

The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 9 am to 3 pm.  Should the event need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or some other event beyond our control, it will take place March 22, 2026 from 9 am to 3 pm.

This form is not a contract, and receipt of the application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.

The fee includes a nonrefundable $25 application fee.  

Should you be selected as a vendor, Laurel Mercantile Co. will contact you directly through your email provided with a contract to sign.  We will never contact you for payment through social media.  The credit card provided at application will automatically be charged upon approval of your application.
