This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths and registering, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Our events serve several purposes, including providing a free, fun event for our community and providing a business opportunity for our local vendors. Vendors do need to know that due to the footprint of our venue and facility, not all vendors will be able to drive up next to their vendor spaces. We will direct you to get as close as possible to your assigned space and do have limited use of wagons that can be utilized on a first-come, first-served basis at events. 

About the event

Corn Fest is an annual event featuring fresh and roasted Hauser & Hauser sweet corn, along with other farm grown products. There is a variety of food and craft vendors, a beer garden, a salsa contest, and more at this fun, family event.

Terms & Conditions

Once your application is received, Parks & Rec staff will review it. You will receive an email once it is received and then a second email once approved or rejected and this may take a few weeks. Please note that your credit card will be charged upon approval. Your space participation is not confirmed until you are approved and paid.  You will need to provide the Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Camp Verde as an additional insured and the Endorsement. The address on the COI should be 473 S. Main St, Camp Verde, AZ 86322 and we recommend you do not make it event specific so it can be used for all Town events that you may participate in over the course of a year. You will also need to make sure that you are cleared through Yavapai County Health Department. The phone number to contact the Health Dept. is 928-771-3149.

Our events are open to a wide variety of vendors. Our goal is to prioritize vendors that fit the theme of each event and for this event, we encourage you to highlight pecan items.  Final paid registration is on a first come, first served basis after selection. We reserve the right to decline an application based on our criteria and capacity for each event, taking into consideration the quality and content of the vendor. Please note that priority will be given to local vendors.

 

Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or email. 100% refunds will be issued if the cancellation is received 20 days prior to the event, 50% refunds will be issued if received 10 days prior to the event. No refund will be issued after that. 

 

 It is our expectation that all vendors will remain at the event for the duration of the event and comply with the scheduled set-up and take-down procedures provided, which includes taking care of your trash and staying within your assigned space. Feather flags and other windblown signs are not allowed. Failure to comply with these procedures can result in a $100 fee and could result in suspension from participation in future events.

 

Please note that no pets are allowed at events. Service Animals ONLY. This is not becasue we do not like animals, however, when you have too many animals and humans in one area, it can cause issues. Public safety is our focus. 

 

Registered vendors will receive an email about one week prior to the event with check-in and set-up instructions.

Food Vendor Booth 10 x 20 space $150.00 This will be a 10 ft. wide by 20 ft. long space
Single booth 10 x 10 $75.00 This is for a 10 x 10 space.
Electrical Outlet $20.00 Non-refundable We do have limited electric availalbe at this event.
