About the application
Radiate is a curated community experience by Dancing Lotus created to help people slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in themselves. Part gathering and part mini retreat, Radiate brings together mindful movement, creative expression, rest, reflection, and intentional connection in a warm and welcoming environment.
Radiate is not a traditional workshop or performance based event. It is designed as an open, flowing experience where guests are invited to move through offerings at their own pace. Participants may explore guided practices, creative spaces, quiet moments of rest, and shared community areas in ways that feel supportive and ease filled.
Facilitators for Radiate are collaborators and space holders. We are seeking practitioners whose offerings are grounded, accessible, and inclusive, and who support presence, creativity, embodiment, reflection, or gentle movement without pressure or expectation. Facilitators are invited to offer experiences that feel invitational rather than instructional.
Radiate centers community care, creativity, and embodied presence. It is a shared experience shaped by intention, collaboration, and trust, where facilitators and participants alike contribute to creating a space that feels safe, meaningful, and genuinely supportive.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking facilitators who are passionate about sharing accessible, heart-centered practices that support presence, creativity, and connection. We welcome offerings across a wide range of modalities, including:
- Somatic and mindful movement
- Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices
- Creative and expressive arts, including journaling
- Healing and supportive modalities such as sound or energy based practices
Facilitator Experience
As a facilitator, you will guide one 40-minute session within a designated area of the event. Multiple sessions will take place at the same time, creating a festival-style flow that allows participants to move freely between offerings and engage with what resonates most.
