About the event

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Newnan Porchfest! Newnan Porchfest is a FREE music & arts festival in Newnan, GA, where the rich history and vibrant culture of Downtown Newnan come alive through music, art, and community! Our inaugural event in 2025 brought more than 10,000 people together to enjoy dozens of bands, artists, and musicians performing on the porches of historic homes, along with food and drinks from local vendors, handcrafted art and goods, and VIP experiences hosted by the Newnan-Coweta History Center — the organization that Porchfest proudly benefits. Porchfest is a family-friendly, dog-friendly celebration that turns the whole town into a stage. From kids’ activities and games to a free after-party concert for music lovers, there’s something for everyone. We can’t wait to bring the community together once again on May 30, 2026!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility – By applying to participate as a Face Painting Vendor at Newnan Porchfest (the “Festival”), you (“Vendor”) confirm that you are qualified to provide face painting services in a safe, sanitary, and professional manner. Vendor agrees to use skin-safe, non-toxic products and follow appropriate hygiene practices for all clients.
  2. Application Process – Vendors must complete and submit the official Face Painting Vendor Application Form by the specified deadline. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Festival organizers will review applications and select vendors based on criteria such as experience, professionalism, service quality, and overall fit for the Festival. Vendors will be notified of their selection status by April 1, 2026.
  3. Payment / Revenue Share – Face Painting Vendors agree that the Festival will receive 20% of the Vendor’s total face painting sales (excluding tips) generated during the Festival. Vendor is responsible for accurate sales tracking and timely payment of the Festival’s share as directed by Festival organizers. Tips are not included in the revenue share.
  4. Vendor Space and Setup – The Festival will provide each Vendor with a designated space. Vendors must supply their own tent and table, as well as any other equipment needed to operate effectively (chairs, signage, lighting, mirrors, etc.). Vendors must complete setup by 11:30 AM on the day of the event and must not dismantle their space before 9:00 PM unless instructed by Festival organizers.
  5. Service Area, Safety, and Sanitation – Vendors must maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service area. All tools and materials must be kept sanitary, and vendors must use best practices to prevent cross-contamination (including using clean applicators/supplies and maintaining hygienic water use). The Festival reserves the right to inspect Vendor setups and request changes if safety or sanitation concerns are identified.
  6. Insurance – Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry adequate liability insurance that covers their operations at the Festival. The Festival, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft involving Vendor property, equipment, or supplies.
  7. Electricity and Special Requests – The Festival does not guarantee the availability of electricity. Vendors should plan to operate without power or provide their own power source if needed.
  8. Vendor Conduct – Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times. This includes interactions with Festival staff, other vendors, and attendees. Vendors must refrain from playing loud music or engaging in disruptive behavior. Any violation of these conduct guidelines may result in the Vendor being asked to leave the Festival.
  9. Waste Management – Vendors are responsible for managing and disposing of their waste properly. Trash and recycling bins will be provided by the Festival, but Vendors must ensure that their area is clean and free of debris throughout the event. Vendors who fail to maintain cleanliness may be subject to additional fees or penalties.
  10. Event Cancellation – In the event that the Festival is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Festival’s control (e.g., severe weather, governmental orders, acts of God), any required fees (if applicable) may be refunded at the discretion of Festival organizers. Alternatively, fees may be applied to a rescheduled date or a future event.
  11. Indemnification – The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in the Festival, including but not limited to injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, or other incidents connected to Vendor services.
  12. Limitation of Liability – The Festival shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Vendor’s property, equipment, or supplies. The Vendor participates in the Festival at their own risk.
  13. Governing Law – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  14. Acceptance of Terms – By submitting an application to participate as a Face Painting Vendor at the Festival, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
