About the event

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Newnan Porchfest! Newnan Porchfest is a FREE music & arts festival in Newnan, GA, where the rich history and vibrant culture of Downtown Newnan come alive through music, art, and community! Our inaugural event in 2025 brought more than 10,000 people together to enjoy dozens of bands, artists, and musicians performing on the porches of historic homes, along with food and drinks from local vendors, handcrafted art and goods, and VIP experiences hosted by the Newnan-Coweta History Center — the organization that Porchfest proudly benefits. Porchfest is a family-friendly, dog-friendly celebration that turns the whole town into a stage. From kids’ activities and games to a free after-party concert for music lovers, there’s something for everyone. We can’t wait to bring the community together once again on May 30, 2026!

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility - By applying to participate as a food vendor at Newnan Porchfest (“Festival"), you ("Vendor") confirm that you hold all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required by local, state, and federal regulations to operate your food vending business. All vendors must comply with health and safety regulations applicable to food service.

2. Application Process - Vendors must complete and submit the official Vendor Application Form by the specified deadline. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival organizers will review all applications and select vendors based on criteria such as food variety, quality, and alignment with the Festival’s theme. Vendors will be notified of their selection status by April 1, 2026.

3. Payment of Fees - Upon acceptance, Vendors must pay the designated vendor fee ("Vendor Fee") by the payment deadline specified in the acceptance notification. Failure to pay the Vendor Fee on time may result in forfeiture of the vendor’s space at the Festival.

4. Vendor Space and Setup - The Festival will provide each Vendor with a designated vending space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including tents, tables, cooking equipment, and signage. All setups must comply with the space and safety requirements outlined in the Vendor Information Packet. Vendors must complete setup by 11:30AM on the day of the event and must not dismantle their space before 9PM unless instructed by Festival organizers.

5. Health and Safety Compliance - Vendors are required to follow all health and safety regulations as mandated by the local health department, including but not limited to food handling, storage, and waste disposal. Vendors must ensure that their space is kept clean and safe at all times. The Festival reserves the right to inspect vendor spaces and request changes if health or safety concerns are identified.

6. Insurance - Vendors must carry adequate liability insurance that covers their operations at the Festival. Proof of insurance must be submitted with the application or by March 13, 2026. The Festival, its organizers, and affiliates must be named as additional insureds on the policy.

7. Electricity and Water - The Festival is unable to provide electricity or water access for food trucks. Vendors must bring everything needed to operate their food truck effectively, including (if required) generators, extension cords, water supplies, and any other equipment necessary for service.

8. Vendor Conduct - Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times. This includes interactions with Festival staff, other vendors, and attendees. Vendors must refrain from playing loud music or engaging in disruptive behavior. Any violation of these conduct guidelines may result in the Vendor being asked to leave the Festival without a refund of the Vendor Fee.

9. Waste Management - Vendors are responsible for managing and disposing of their waste properly. Trash and recycling bins will be provided by the Festival for customer trash, but Vendors must dispose of any bulk trash, bins, or other large trash items. Vendors must ensure that their area is clean and free of debris throughout the event. Vendors who fail to maintain cleanliness may be subject to additional fees or penalties.

10. Event Cancellation - In the event that the Festival is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Festival’s control (e.g., severe weather, governmental orders, acts of God), the Vendor Fee may be refunded at the discretion of the Festival organizers. Alternatively, the Vendor Fee may be applied to a rescheduled date or a future event.

11. Indemnification - The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in the Festival, including but not limited to injuries, foodborne illnesses, or property damage.

12. Limitation of Liability - The Festival shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Vendor’s property, equipment, or goods. The Vendor participates in the Festival at their own risk.

13. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms - By submitting an application to participate as a food vendor at the Festival, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
