About the application
We’re so excited to start accepting applications for the Spring mod market! We expect thousands of shoppers & take pride in creating a high-quality and well-balanced market experience.
Due to limited space, applying does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected at the discretion of mod the modern market. We may limit vendors offering similar or competing products to maintain a diverse and balanced vendor mix. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

This is a self-checkout show. Vendors are responsible for processing their own sales, payments, and merchandise.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
Application Fee
A $25 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of submission. If accepted, this fee will be applied toward your booth fee. If not accepted, this fee will be returned to you. If accepted and you later cancel, both the application fee and booth fee are non-refundable.
Attendance & Setup
Vendors must arrive on time, complete setup before the event opens, and remain for the full duration of the market. Early breakdown is not permitted unless specifically requested.
Booth Space
Booth space is strictly enforced. All tents, tables, racks, and displays must fit entirely within your assigned space. Exceeding your booth space may result in required adjustments or removal from the event without refund.
Food Truck Spaces
Truck and trailer spaces are primarily reserved for approved food trucks and mobile food vendors. In some cases, mod the modern market may approve non-food mobile vendors for these spaces at our discretion.
Sales & Taxes
mod the modern market does not take commission on sales. Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable Utah state sales tax.
Equipment
Tents, tables, and chairs are not provided. Vendors must supply all necessary equipment for their booth.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of mod the modern market.
Weather & Event Changes
This is a rain-or-shine, outdoor event.
mod the modern market reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Booth fees are non-refundable in these situations.
Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. mod the modern market, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, their employees, property, or merchandise before, during, or after the event. Vendors are responsible for securing their booth.
Electronic Agreement
This is an electronic agreement. By submitting this application, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
