Food Truck

Please browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions.  We are looking for a select number of food offerings, there will be no duplicate.  This event is produced ArtSpark Productions. (info@artsparkproductions.com) 
 
Please arrive one hour before the event (9:00 am) and stay until after the event (4:00 pm).  
 
This is an electronic agreement; you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
 
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the type of food that is offered. 
 
This selective process means each food truck will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience, and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from. 
 Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.
 
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
 Beginning January 1, 2023, there is a new Kentucky statute that states that I must charge sales tax on space rental. 
Please only submit close up pictures of your offerings for advertising purposes.
 
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
 
Please keep your items within your allotted space.
 
No sales are permitted outside your space.
 
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
 
Move In:
Saturday morning 7:00 am - 9:45 am
 

 
Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm on Sunday!
 
No music allowed except approved by show management.
 
There are a No electric connections.
 Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.

 
                                     Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions' & the Nunnlea Beautification League's staff, volunteers, etc from all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
