About the application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Monte Vista Crane Festival Vendor Fair. To maintain a high-quality, festival-appropriate marketplace experience, all vendor applications are reviewed through a selection and approval process. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
The Vendor Fair is intended to highlight high-quality, handmade, artisan, and nature-inspired offerings that align with the spirit of the festival and our community. Preference will be given to vendors whose products are:
Handmade or artisan-crafted
Art-related (fine art, prints, photography, pottery, fiber arts, etc.)
Birding / wildlife / nature-themed
Craft and heritage/traditional arts
Educational or conservation-minded items (where applicable)
We reserve the right to limit or decline vendor categories to avoid oversaturation and ensure variety and quality for attendees. Vendors will be notified of acceptance status once review is complete. Please allow up to 14 days for review and determination.
