Haunt the Park – Booth Application Description
This application is for businesses and organizations interested in hosting a free booth at Haunt the Park, held Friday, October 24th from 4:00–7:00 PM.
Haunt the Park is a family-friendly fall event featuring trick-or-treating, games, activities, and seasonal fun for all ages. Booths are intended to provide interactive, kid-friendly activities, candy distribution, or community engagement opportunities. This is not a sales-focused event.
Booths should be appropriate for a family audience and designed to create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for children and families.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced mix of activities and a positive event experience. Approved applicants will receive additional setup and event information closer to the event date.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Haunt the Park will be held on Friday, October 24th from 4:00–7:00 PM.
- Booth participation is free; however, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Booths are intended for family-friendly, kid-appropriate activities, games, candy distribution, or community engagement. Selling items or fundraising is not permitted.
- All booth activities, decorations, and costumes must be appropriate for all ages. No graphic, gory, or frightening content is allowed.
- Participants must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, decorations, candy, and supplies. Electricity is not provided.
- No open flames, grills, fog machines, generators, or powered effects are permitted unless approved in advance.
- Walkways and emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.
- Booths must be safely set up and supervised throughout the event.
- Setup must be completed within the designated load-in timeframe. Vehicles must be removed from booth areas prior to the event opening.
- Booths are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the event unless approved otherwise by event staff.
- Participants must follow all instructions from Parks staff, event officials, and emergency personnel.
- Participants are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and removing all trash at the conclusion of the event.
- The City is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- The City reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with event rules or disrupts the event.
- The event will take place rain or shine unless severe weather requires changes or cancellation.
