Free concert in Lilburn City Park Saturday June 13, 2026 featuring Who's Bad the Michael Jackson Tribute!

Savory/Hot Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged a $125 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval . Sweet/Dessert Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $85 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.

The event is rain or shine.

If accepted to be a vendor at the event detailed instructions will be emailed to you about 7 days prior to the event date to the email address on file with Eventeny.

 

About the event

Free outdoor concert in Lilburn City Park featuring, "Who's Bad" the Michael Jackson Tribute . Dance the night away to songs like Billie Jean, Beat It, and Thriller. Dine with the delicious food trucks onsite, pack a lawn chair or blanket, and enjoy dinner and music under the stars. If you want the up close and personal experience purchase your VIP table for 8. Beer, Wine, and Margaritas will be sold in the park. No outside alcohol is allowed.

Terms & Conditions

Rules for food vendors:-

  • Application deadline is May 11, 2026.  Apply early!
  • Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
  • The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
  • If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event.
  • You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
  • No-show trucks will be dropped from future events with no refund.
  • Food Trailers must be detached from their vehicles.
  • All vendors must have a fire extinguisher.
  • Vendors should be set up and ready to sell by 6:00pm.
  • No sells after 9:30 pm.
  • Only accepted vendors who have paid their vendor fee will be permitted.
  • Vendors must have their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, generators, and water.
  • All tents must be weighted and can not be staked.
  • If a generator is used it must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event.
  • Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
  • You can not serve alcohol unless approved by Event Coordinator.
  • No glass bottles.
  • All events are outside rain or shine.
  • Previous Rock the Park events have enjoyed an average attendance of 2000+.

  •  The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury.
  • Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury.
  • Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service.
  • All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event.
  • By signing the vendor application the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.

Prices

Food Truck / Savory / Hot $125.00 Non-refundable The $125.00 Savory/Hot Vendor Fee is charged once you have been approved to participate in the event.
Sweet / Dessert Cart $85.00 Non-refundable The $85 Sweet only/Dessert Cart Vendor Fee is charged once you have been approved to participate in the event.

As the renter/vendor, I understand that the failure to comply with the above stated rules could result in the loss of my rental fee and removal from the event. I understand that the City of Lilburn staff reserves the right to request the Renter/Vendor to leave. I understand that the event may be cancelled at any time deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Lilburn. The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury.
