About the application

You are the heart of our market!

Farmers/Growers: Raw agricultural products and/or products made with natural ingredients.  Fruit, vegetables, grains, honey nuts, flowers, bedding plants, potted plants, and bulbs that are raised on the applicant’s farm, or backyard are included in this category. 
Ranchers/Animal/Meat/& Fish:  Natural, grass-fed, pasture raised, or organic meat products(wild caught if fish) are preferred.  Retail sales of meat require a Department of Agriculture & Food (UDAF) certificate before selling at the market.
Eggs: Eggs can be sold at the market without a Department of Food & Agriculture certificate.  Temperatures must be controlled (45 degrees F or lower) or the product will be removed.  Vendor category is determined based on the majority of products sold at the booth.  If eggs or other animal products are the primary product, the vendor category is Rancher/Animal product.  

If produce is the primary product, the vendor category is Farmers/Growers.Dairy: Dairy requires a Department of Agriculture & Food certificate before it may be sold at the market

 

Please note: Season Options are only available to Produce Growers and Ranchers.

 

If  you are a household plant, or flower vendor please select Single Season booth and the dates you would like to join us. Choose as many Saturdays as you’d like to join us. Once you receive your acceptance email in March, we will let you know which dates we can accommodate you for. You may make date adjustments as needed with no cost or fees to you anytime before June 1.

Running on Saturdays June 6 - Oct 17, 9:00am - 1:00pm, Located at the beautiful Sandy Amphitheater Park overlooking the valley in Sandy, UT 1245 E 9400 S, Sandy, Utah. The Sandy City Farmers Market fills its booth spaces with a splendid variety of produce, artisan quality handicrafts, food and more! The Sandy City Farmers Market is a enjoyable venue where attendees can enjoy fresh food, shopping, live music and a welcoming community. Vendors will find a wonderful "vendor family" where each vendor is treated with warmth and respect. Well behaved pets are welcome (picking up after them is mandatory)

Prices

Application fees $15.00 Non-refundable There is a $15 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Sandy City Vendor Fee $10.00 Non-refundable Upon approval, this is a fee paid by vendors 1x at the beginning of the season and goes directly to Sandy City.
Single Day 10x10 Booth $20.00 Non-refundable This is a great option for vendors not attending the entire season who know the specific dates they would like to attend. After selecting the dates you would like to attend select a quantity of 1 here and we will bill you at a later date for the dates you selected.
Half Season Single booth (equals 10 Saturdays with us) $170.00 Non-refundable Choose up to 10 Saturdays to join us. If you're not sure what Saturdays those 10 will be yet. Check as many or all of them and then le us knhow week to week which ones you will attend.
Seasonal: Single Booth (10 x 10) $260.00 Non-refundable Seasonal booth for those who will be with us every week or would like to get the lower seasonal price and need flexibility to let us know each week when they will be able to attend.
Seasonal: Double Booth (10 x 20) $500.00 Non-refundable Seasonal double booth, for those who need 2 spaces for the season.
Seasonal: Triple Booth (10 x 30) $690.00 Non-refundable 3 booths for the entire season.
