| Food Vendor Deposit & Sales Commission | $250.00 | Non-refundable | We are requiring a $250 deposit for all food vendors: Your deposit will be applied to the 10% commission of sales reported. If your sales are less than your deposit, the difference will be returned within 7 days, once we have verified sales reports. If your sales are more than your deposit, we will reach out to collect the difference no more than 7 days after the festival. If we have not received communication from you regarding your sales within 7 days from the date of the festival (September 19, 2026), we will retain your deposit. |
| Food Truck | $500.00 | Non-refundable | $500 Food Truck Fee + 10% of Sales + Power Fee (If Applicable) Food Truck - Menu items that would be considered as a main course and side dish options. Food Truck Vendor Sales Deposit, Fees & Commission All food vendors are required to submit a $250 deposit, which will be applied toward the required 10% commission on gross sales reported. If your 10% commission is less than $250, the remaining balance will be refunded within 7 days after sales reports are verified. If your 10% commission exceeds $250, we will contact you to collect the remaining balance within 7 days after the festival. If we do not receive sales reporting or communication within 7 days following the festival (by September 19, 2026), the deposit will be retained. |

Vendors requesting power must provide complete and accurate electrical information to ensure safe and proper connection. If you request power, you are required to specify: Type of electrical connection needed (voltage, amperage, single-phase or three-phase) Specialty plugs or adapters required (if applicable) Equipment being powered (e.g., refrigeration, cooking equipment, POS systems, lighting) Vendor type (food vendor, retail vendor, sponsor, nonprofit, etc.) Power connections will be assigned based on the information submitted. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their equipment is compatible with the provided power source. ⚠️ Important Notes: Power availability is limited and assigned in advance On-site changes may not be possible Vendors may not tap into power sources without prior approval |
