About the application
Become a Vendor at Retro South
Here's how it works:
1. Fill out the application. Submitting an application is free.
2. Check your e-mail regularly. If your application has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to purchase your booth space. If you do not finalize your booth reservation within 14 days of receiving the approval email, your booth may be forfeited to another vendor.
* Due to possible high application volume it may take us a while to respond, please be patient. Applications will be handled in the order they are received. Spaces are limited.
* Registration fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you can make it to the Convention prior to submitting an application.
Vendor & Artist booths will include:
1 - 8 foot table
2 - Vendor Pass (Good for the full duration of the event)
1 - Black Table Cloth
Access to Electricity
Double Booths will include:
2 - side by side 8 foot tables
2 - Vendor Pass (Good for the full duration of the event)

All booth reservations include 2 'Vendor/Artist' Badges. Our standard Weekend Pass rate will be charged for any additional badges needed beyond that.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Exhibitors will be provided a day prior to the event on Friday, September 4, 2026 to get their booths setup and ready for the convention
- By state law, Exhibitors must possess a sales tax license and be able to provide proof of documentation upon request
- 18+ art is allowed but cannot be displayed in the open and must be kept in a closed portfolio or storage tote. ID must be checked before sales of 18+ material are made.
- Sale of weapons, alcohol, drugs, and related paraphernalia are prohibited.
- All booths will be issued a black table cloth that must be returned upon completion of the event.
- All booth registration fees are non-refundable.
- Exhibitors will be assigned to a booth, these spaces are non-transferable or shareable and must be used by the assigned exhibitor.
- Food & Drink are allowed at the booths. We kindly ask that you clean up after yourselves.
- AI generated art & images are strictly prohibited and cannot be sold.
- Promoter (Retro South) will not be held responsible for damages or loss of merchandise or product owned & sold by vendors.
