NON-AGAVE CURATION POLICY
The VIP Area is curated to complement the agave focus of The _ Tequila Fest.

Non-agave categories are limited
Acceptance is based on:

Brand fit with a tequila-forward VIP experience
Product quality and presentation
Category balance
Space availability
Not all approved categories will be accepted.

 
VIP SERVICE WINDOW (VERY IMPORTANT)
Brands may only pour and activate from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
No early or extended service permitted
Brands must be fully set up before 3:00 PM
 
WHAT IS PROVIDED BY EVENT
Ice for sampling and service
Controlled VIP environment
Security and compliance oversight
ID verification and wristbanding
 
WHAT IS NOT PROVIDED
Non-agave brands must be fully self-contained.

The event does NOT provide:

Tents or canopies
Tables, bars, shelving
Power or generators
Cups or sampling vessels
Product, mixers, garnishes, or signage
Everything required for service must be provided by the brand.

This application is for NON-AGAVE BRANDS. Space is limited and curated. VIP service is strictly limited to 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Brands must be fully self-contained. Ice will be provided; nothing else will be supplied.

Guests can enjoy a curated lineup of food vendors, live entertainment, bounce houses and kids’ activities, lawn games, interactive experiences, and responsibly managed bar offerings for guests 21+. VIP BEVERAGE BRAND TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICATION & APPROVAL
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of event management. Category placement, footprint size, and final location are subject to change.

There is no charge to apply. Only approved brands will be charged the $100 non-refundable application fee, followed by an invoice for the remaining participation balance.

 
FEES, PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All fees are non-refundable once paid, including but not limited to application fees, participation fees, and custom activation fees. The event is rain or shine unless canceled by the organizers.

Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of space.

 
VIP SERVICE HOURS
All beverage brands approved for the VIP Area may only pour, sample, or serve product between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

No early service permitted
No extended or late service permitted
Brands must be fully set up prior to 3:00 PM
Violation of service hours may result in immediate shutdown of service without refund.

 
STAFF ACCESS & EVENT COMMITMENT (MANDATORY)
All brand staff, representatives, and personnel must:

Enter the event footprint before doors open to guests
Remain inside the event footprint for the full duration of the event
Not exit the event and re-enter during event hours
Not leave the event prior to official event close
This policy is required for security, compliance, and operational flow.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future events.

 
SELF-CONTAINED OPERATIONS (MANDATORY)
All beverage brands must be fully self-contained.

Event management DOES NOT PROVIDE:

Tents or canopies
Tables, bars, shelving, or back-bar setups
Power or generators
Cups or sampling vessels
Product, mixers, garnishes, tools, or signage
Brands are responsible for providing EVERYTHING required to operate their activation.

Ice will be provided by the event. No other materials or equipment will be supplied.

 
ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE & RESPONSIBLE SERVICE
All brands are solely responsible for:

Compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol laws
Securing and maintaining all required permits and approvals
Responsible alcohol service and staff conduct
Event management reserves the right to limit pour sizes, stop service, or remove a brand from service at any time for compliance or safety reasons.

 
SETUP, OPERATION & BREAKDOWN
Load-in times will be assigned prior to the event
Brands must remain operational for the full VIP service window
Early breakdown is not permitted
All activations must remain within the assigned footprint
Brands that break down early or fail to operate during designated hours may be excluded from future events.

 
CONDUCT & BRAND STANDARDS
All brands must maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly presence consistent with the standards of The _ Tequila Fest.

Event management reserves the right to remove any brand, staff member, or activation that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant, without refund.

 
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Brands agree to assume all risks associated with participation and to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, venue, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation.

 
INSURANCE
Brands are responsible for carrying any insurance required by law or requested by event management. Proof of insurance may be required prior to the event.

 
MEDIA & MARKETING RELEASE
By participating, brands grant permission for their brand name, logo, likeness, photos, and video to be used in event photography, videography, marketing, and promotional materials without compensation.

 
EVENT MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Event management reserves the right to:

Modify event hours, layout, programming, or placement
Enforce all rules and regulations
Make final decisions in the best interest of the event
All decisions by event management are final.

 
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting an application and participating in the event, the brand acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
