Food Vendor Application Information


This application is for food trucks, trailers, and vendors using cooking equipment, such as charcoal or propane grills, wood-fired or propane ovens, and deep fryers.

 

This application is not for craft vendors, pre-made foods, non-profits or other commercial businesses.

The Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce does not provide water or electricity, so please plan accordingly. We also recommend bringing dollies or other tools to help with loading and unloading. Booth locations are subject to change.

After submitting your application, please wait for approval. Once approved, you will be assigned your booth location, and your booth fee will be automatically charged.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors are responsible for their own property and assume all risk for loss or damage. Vendors agree to hold harmless the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce, the City of Palmer, and the Mat-Su Borough from any claims or injuries arising during the event.

The GPCC reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor space at any time for conduct, behavior, or offerings that do not align with event standards or GPCC values. Vendor concerns must be directed to GPCC staff for resolution. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or policy violations may result in immediate removal without refund and may affect future participation.

All vendors must comply with applicable laws, permits, and licensing requirements. The GPCC is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment.

Prices

10' X 20' Food Truck Space $525.00 Non-refundable Booth Space Information Space measures 10’ x 20’. All vendor spaces are outdoors. The booth fee of $500 covers your 10x20 space, credit card processing fees, and any other costs associated with your application.
10'X30' Food Truck Space $600.00 Non-refundable Booth Space Information Space measures 10’ x 30’. All vendor spaces are outdoors. The booth fee of $600 covers your 10x30 space, credit card processing fees, and any other costs associated with your application.
10' X 40' Food Truck Space $700.00 Non-refundable Booth Space Information Space measures 10’ x 40’. All vendor spaces are outdoors. The booth fee of $700 covers your 10x40 space, credit card processing fees, and any other costs associated with your application.
10' X 50' Food Truck Space $800.00 Non-refundable Booth Space Information Space measures 10’ x 50’. All vendor spaces are outdoors. The booth fee of $800 covers your 10x50 space, credit card processing fees, and any other costs associated with your application.

  • Please list the main type of food you plan to sell (for example: tacos, lemonade, BBQ.). This item should make up at least 75% of your menu.
  • What is the length of your food truck, trailer or tent
  • WIll you be using a generator?
  • If yes, please provide brand and model number.

  • I/We agree to have a suitable fire extinguisher available at our booth for safety.
  • I/We agree to keep our booth open and welcoming throughout the entire event, all three days.
