About the application
Non-profit/charity organizations may apply to sell products to raise money in support of your mission and/or to provide an educational value about your organization to attendees. These spaces are limited to animal sanctuaries, gardening, preservation, education, and veteran organizations. You must be a registered 501(c)3 organization.

Terms & Conditions
The Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor reserves the right to accept or reject any vendors, exhibitors or merchandise for any reason.
If you have exhibited with our show(s) in the past, we will make every effort to assign you to street/booth area that you previously were assigned. There are no guarantees based on the numbers of exhibitors in your product category.
All prices include 7.00% sales tax.
All credit card payments processed through Stripe.
No reschedule or rain date for inclement weather.
No refunds. Payments are non-transferable.
IN THE EVENT THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELED DUE TO FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ORDERS, FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.
