We’re seeking local growers, plant and seed sellers, and makers offering garden-inspired, nature-themed, or seasonally appropriate products to help create a vibrant, welcoming event that celebrates the joy of spring.

About the event

Moms & Mimosas a Mother's Day Market is a cheerful celebration of spring, bringing together local growers and artists with plants, seeds, garden art, handmade crafts, and seasonal treasures. Wander, shop, and welcome spring alongside your local artisans and garden-loving community. This is an open-to-public event.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

  • Vendor Eligibility & Products
    • All vendors must offer products that align with the theme of gardening, growing, nature, spring, or handmade goods.
    • Items must be produced, grown, or designed by the vendor unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
    • The sale of mass-produced, imported, or resale items is not permitted without prior written approval.
    • Event organizers reserve the right to decline or remove items that do not match the approved application.
  • Application & Acceptance
    • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
    • Vendor selection is curated to ensure variety, quality, and balance across product categories.
    • Vendors will be notified of acceptance via Eventeny.
  • Fees & Payments
    • Booth fees are non-refundable once a vendor has been accepted, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organizer.
    • Vendors who fail to attend or cancel after acceptance forfeit all fees paid.
    • Booth spaces are non-transferable without written approval.
  • Setup, Breakdown & Attendance
    • Vendors must arrive and complete setup during the designated setup window and remain for the full duration of the event.
    • Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.
    • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, displays, and weights (if outdoors).
  • Booth Appearance & Conduct
    • Booths must be neat, professional, and safely arranged.
    • Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not encroach on neighboring booths or walkways.
    • Courteous, respectful behavior toward attendees, fellow vendors, and staff is required at all times.
  • Liability & Insurance
    • Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their products, displays, and personal property.
    • The event organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
    • Vendors agree to hold harmless the event organizers, venue, staff, and volunteers from any claims or damages.
  • Compliance & Regulations
    • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax.
    • Food vendors must comply with all local and state health regulations and provide required permits.
    • Vendors selling plants, seeds, or bulbs must comply with applicable agricultural regulations.
  • Weather & Force Majeure
    • This event will take place rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
    • No refunds will be issued due to weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
  • Right to Refuse
    • Event organizers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any vendor who violates these terms or disrupts the event, without refund.

Prices

10x10 Booth $20.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor responsible for tent, tables, decor, signage. No electricity. Chairs are included.
10x20 Booth Space $40.00 Non-refundable Double booth 10 feet deep by 20 feet wide. Vendor responsible for tent, tables, decor, signage. No electricity. Chairs are included.
Table Rental $10.00 Non-refundable Rental for a table for your booth
Single 10x10 booth on patio with Patio Table & Umbrella $40.00 Non-refundable Rental of 10x10 space on paved patio. Included rental of a patio table with umbrella. Chairs are included in rental.
