The Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor reserves the right to accept or reject any vendors, exhibitors or merchandise for any reason.
If you have exhibited with our show(s) in the past, we will make every effort to assign you to street/booth area that you previously were assigned. Space placement is at the discretion of the show committee and not guaranteed.
All prices include 7.00% sales tax.
All credit card payments processed through Stripe. Kiwanis is absorbing 50% of the processing fees.
No reschedule or rain date for inclement weather.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
IN THE EVENT THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELED DUE TO FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ORDERS, FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.
Prices
| Single booth | $125.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Show placement is at the discretion of the show committee. We require original products and reserve the right to accept/reject any exhibit or merchandise. |
| 10x20 Booth | $250.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | You have selected a double space. Show placement is at the discretion of the show committee. We prefer handcrafted products and reserve the right to accept/reject any exhibit or merchandise. |
| Electricity Hookup | $25.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Please bring the necessary outdoor extension cords. Some booth spaces are not located directly next to a source of electricity. |
| Corner Space | $30.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | A corner space doesn't allow access to your booth from two sides. It only ensures you do not have an exhibitor on both sides of your booth. This is due to the way the City of Safety Harbor designs the curbing for corners. |
