About the application
Use this application to apply as a food vendor not cooking on-site.
This application is for food vendors who do not plan to cook food on site. If you plan to sell or serve food that is cooked on site please go back and fill out the Festival Exhibitor | Food / Cooking application.
Applications are approved on a rolling basis. Please reach out to exhibitors@sdpride.org with any questions.
This application serves as a binding electronic agreement outlining the rules and regulations for all exhibitors. By submitting your application, you acknowledge, validate, and electronically approve these terms and conditions.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- By submitting a San Diego Pride Exhibitor Application, you are confirming your request and interest to be an exhibitor in the 2026 San Diego Pride Festival. This application does not guarantee participation and is subject to approval by San Diego LGBT Pride. You are also agreeing to follow ALL of San Diego Pride's Rules & Regulations listed within this application, including its attachments.
- The event will happen rain or shine. There is no rain date or postponement date.
- Sponsorship arrangements prohibit the sale of certain brands or types of food/beverage. Vendors may only sell Coca-Cola products. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
- SPILL KIT REQUIREMENTS: All food vendors must bring a “Spill Kit” and lay a durable, waterproof, grease-resistant tarp under the perimeter of your space plus two feet around all sides. This includes any space you are using outside of your tent.
- All food service vendors should make every effort possible to use renewable materials and products in their service and distribution at the festival.
- If you purchase electricity in this application, you must bring at least 100 feet of extension cord to access.
- San Diego Pride does not provide rentals of pop-up tents, tables, lights, and chairs. Exhibitors are required to bring anything they need to operate their booth spaces. If you want to rent any tents, tables, lights and/or chairs this may be done directly through Raphael's Party Supplies - reach out to Erin Wojtach at erin@raphaels.com / 858-689-7368.
- San Diego Pride is a cashless event. Only credit and debit cards will be accepted at bars, gates, and other festival areas. Exhibitors are encouraged to adopt cashless operations during their time at the festival.
San Diego Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete exhibitor applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of San Diego Pride.
