2026 RWB Fest – Food Truck Vendors ONLY
About the application
This application is for food trucks and mobile food vendors interested in participating in RWB Fest, held Friday, June 27th from 5:00–10:00 PM, with fireworks at 9:45 PM.
RWB Fest is a high-attendance, evening community celebration with an average attendance of over 6,000 people. Vendors should be prepared for large crowds, peak dinner service, and increased demand leading up to the fireworks show.
The food truck participation fee is $100.00. Payment details will be provided upon approval.
To ensure variety and an efficient food experience for attendees, a maximum of 12 food trucks will be accepted, distributed as follows:
- 6 Main Food Trucks (each offering a different primary menu type)
- 2 Snow Cone Trucks
- 2 Dessert Trucks (excluding snow cones)
- 1 Coffee Vendor
- 1 Specialty Drink Vendor (lemonade, teas, non-coffee beverages)
Applications will be reviewed based on menu variety and category availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once a category is filled, additional applications may be declined or waitlisted.
All food vendors must comply with local and state health regulations and successfully pass the required health inspection prior to operating at the event.
Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding setup times, load-in procedures, inspections, payment instructions, and event logistics closer to the event date.
Please submit only one application and apply under the correct category. Duplicate or incorrect applications may be removed.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- RWB Fest will take place on Friday, June 27th from 5:00–10:00 PM, with fireworks at 9:45 PM.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited to 12 total food trucks. Category limits will be strictly enforced.
- Vendors must apply under the correct category. Accepted categories include: Main Food, Dessert, Snow Cone, Coffee, and Specialty Drink.
Approved category limits are as follows:
- 6 Main Food Trucks
- 2 Snow Cone Trucks
- 2 Dessert Trucks (excluding snow cones)
- 1 Coffee Vendor
- 1 Specialty Drink Vendor
- Vendors must operate only within the menu category approved. Menu or category changes after approval are not permitted without prior written approval.
Required Documentation
- All approved food vendors must provide the following prior to the event:
- Current Health Inspection Permit issued by the appropriate authority
- Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit
- Proof of General Liability Insurance listing the City as additionally insured, if required
Vendors who fail to provide required documentation or who do not pass the on-site health inspection will not be permitted to operate.
- Vendors are responsible for securing all required permits, licenses, and complying with local and state health regulations.
- Vendors must provide their own truck, equipment, staff, and supplies. Power is not guaranteed unless approved in advance.
- Cooking equipment, generators, and propane use must meet safety standards and may be restricted or inspected by event staff.
- Vendors must arrive and complete setup within the designated load-in timeframe. Late arrival may result in loss of assigned space.
- Vendors are expected to remain open and operational for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event staff.
- Vendors must follow all instructions from Parks staff, event officials, and emergency personnel at all times.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly service area and must remove all trash and debris at the conclusion of the event.
- The City is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- The City reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with event rules, safety requirements, or operational expectations.
- The event will take place rain or shine unless severe weather requires changes or cancellation.
Submission of an application indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
