About the event

The Board of Pride St. Louis is proud to present PrideFest 2026. This two-day celebration brings thousands of people to downtown St. Louis for one of the Midwest’s largest Pride events. PrideFest features a Main Stage, DJ and Dance Area, VIP Experience, Vendor Fair, Local Artists, Children’s Area, Food Court, Nonprofit Village, and the iconic Grand Parade.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Electrical Flat Rate $300.00 Non-refundable This is a flat rate for electricity for your booth for the festival weekend.
Table/Chair Set $80.00 Non-refundable This is for a table and 2 chair set for your booth
10x10 Booth - Early Bird Pricing $400.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10x10 booth space. Power is not included. If you wish to have power make sure to order it.
20x10 Booth - Early Bird Pricing $600.00 Non-refundable This is for a 20x10 booth space. Power is not included. If you wish to have power make sure to order it.
30 x 10 Booth - Early Bird Pricing $800.00 Non-refundable This is for a 30x10 booth. Power is not provided. If you wish to add power, please make sure to order it.
10 x 10 Booth - Regular Pricing $450.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10x10 booth space. Power is not included. If you wish to have power make sure to order it.
