Easter in the Park Booths
About the application
This application is for businesses and organizations interested in hosting a free booth at Easter in the Park, a family-friendly community event held Saturday, March 28th at Veterans Park.
The egg hunt will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Booth activities, games, and engagement opportunities will take place after the egg hunt and continue until approximately 4:00 PM.
To ensure a smooth and fair egg hunt for all participants, booth activities should not begin until the egg hunt has concluded. This helps keep families focused on the hunt and maintains a safe, organized event flow.
Booths should offer kid-friendly, interactive activities or community engagement opportunities. This is not a sales-focused event.
Applications will be reviewed to ensure a good mix of activities and a positive experience for attendees. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved applicants will receive a confirmation email with setup details and next steps.
Please submit only one application per organization. Duplicate applications may be removed.
