About the application

Welcome to the 15th Annual Labor Day Wine & Music Festival! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. Food Vendors classify as vendors providing foods prepared onsite for consumption. A full menu must be included with the application.

Fee: $250 per 12'x12' space, $350 if you apply after July 1st, 2026. Tent and electricity rentals are available for purchase in this application.

 

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Enjoy the shady grounds of the picturesque Rebec Vineyards with live music, wine, and food all day! Children 12 and under are FREE! No pets allowed for their safety and the safety of other attendees! We request, out of respect to our vendors, that no outside food, beverages or coolers be brought to festival. Come for lunch and stay for dinner!

Terms & Conditions

1. Liability Insurance Certificate: Wineries, Food Vendors, and Packaged/Retail Foods Vendors must provide Rebec with a liability insurance coverage certificate evidencing coverage of $1,000,000 naming “The Labor Day Wine & Music Fest, Rebec Vineyards Inc. its officers, owners, employees, and volunteers”, as co-insured.

2. Rebec Vineyards reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

3. To protect the interests of you, our loyal vendors, we will not allow sponsors to give away free consumable samples.

4. Fees are not refundable in the event of vendor cancellation.

5. The festival will occur rain or shine. Fees are not refundable in the event of inclement weather. All vendors must have a substantial canopy or other weather protection.

6. No vendor may sublet space to another vendor/exhibitor.

7. We reserve the right to revoke the license granted by this contract at any time including at the festival by refunding the space fees paid by the Exhibitor (no fees will be refunded in the event of violation of ABC law). Rebec Vineyards will not be liable for any travel expenses, lost revenue, or any other liability whatsoever beyond the space fees paid by the Exhibitor because of enforcing this provision.

8. Vendor vehicles MUST be parked in designated off-site lots.

9. This agreement is a contract which shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Virginia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of this State.

10. Rebec Vineyards reserves the right to change the festival layout and assigned exhibitor/vendor locations in any way to best produce this event.

11. In the event of litigation relating to this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorney fees and all costs relating to that litigation.

12. Each vendor will be responsible for his/her property. Rebec Vineyards, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss for any reason.

13. Special requests are not guaranteed, but we will make a “best effort” to honor them.

14. Food vendors must provide a full menu list.

16. Tables and chairs are not provided.

17. No pets are allowed on the festival grounds.

18. Food Vendors will honor Rebec Vineyards food vouchers for festival volunteers at $12.00 maximum and will be reimbursed a full $12.00. The Garlic Festival is powered by a volunteer work force! We issue food vouchers to our helpers as a small token of thanks. Only one voucher per person is issued for use one time, and any remaining balance is non-transferrable. If their food order exceeds the allotted $12.00, you ARE absolutely allowed to charge the volunteer for the remaining amount!!! 

Prices

12x12 Space $250.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Additional contiguous spaces are available on a first come, first-serve basis. You must provide your own canopy unless you rent 10’ x 10’ canopy from us. Early Bird fee for Food Vendors is $250 - however, if you apply after July 1st, the Food Vendor fee will be $350.
Electrical Outlet $25.00 Select if you would like to have your space near an electrical outlet at the festival
