About the application
Odd Market is Seed Theatre’s eclectic queer-friendly makers’ market celebrating creativity, community care, and independent artists, crafters, vintage resellers, and small businesses. We’re looking for vendors whose work reflects originality, inclusivity, and a spirit of community support. Vendors must be able to manage their own setup and sales, and agree to our event policies centered on safety, respect, and accessibility. Please complete this application to tell us about your work and how you’d like to participate. Selected vendors will receive setup details and event communications prior to market day.

Odd Market — Vendor Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating as a vendor at Odd Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Community Values & Inclusion
- Odd Market is an LGBTQ-affirming event. All vendors must be supportive, inclusive, and/or allied with the LGBTQ+ community in both conduct and presentation.
- Displays, products, or behavior that promote discrimination, hate, harassment, or exclusion will not be permitted and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All vendor fees are non-refundable, regardless of weather, scheduling conflicts, sales outcomes, or vendor cancellation.
- If Odd Market must be postponed or relocated, existing vendor registrations will transfer to the rescheduled event. In some instances, the vendor fee will be allowably rolled to the reschedule date or other vending dates (in 2026 ONLY). This will only happen by approval from the excecutive director and market manager.
Vendor Categories & Product Guidelines
- Handmade / Maker Vendors: All work must be original and created by the artist. AI-generated art or designs are not permitted in any form.
- Resale / Retail Vendors: Resellers are only allowed with prior approval and must list buying sources or category type during the application process.
- Vendors must accurately represent their products during application and day-of participation.
Booth Conduct & Sound Policy
- Vendors must maintain a professional, respectful, and safe presence throughout the event.
- Excessive noise or amplified sound from vendor booths is not permitted, as it may interfere with neighboring vendors or event programming.
- Generators are allowed for approved food trucks and vendors who apply that indicate use and must meet safety and noise-control expectations.
Setup, Space, & Operations
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, staffing, and sales processing.
- Booth placement is assigned by the event team and may not be altered without approval.
- Vendors must follow load-in and load-out instructions and remain for the full event unless otherwise approved.
Liability & Responsibility
- Vendors participate at their own risk. Seed Theatre and Odd Market organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, equipment failure, or damage to tents/structures/equipment/produce due to weather or other conditions beyond reasonable control.
- Vendors agree to comply with all applicable local laws, permits, and safety regulations.
Grounds for Removal
The event team reserves the right to remove any vendor (without refund) for:
- Violation of these terms
- Unsafe behavior or non-compliance with staff directions
- Conduct inconsistent with the values and mission of Odd Market or The Seed Theatre

These spaces are highly visible to attendees as soon as they arrive — and they often attract additional visitors who discover the market while walking or driving by. |

| Artist Table | $65.00 | Non-refundable | Space for a 6 foot table only within artists alley. If you need more space than what will fit onto your 6 foot table (besides your own self), you need to purchase a 10x10. There will be no additional space provided, all product MUST fit on the table. |
| Electrical Outlet - Available with Grass booths ONLY | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This provides access to electricity (an outlet only) as well as placement closer to the outlet location. Vendor will be required to provide 50-100ft of extension cable. Street vendors must use generators or battery packs. |
| Food Truck | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Food trucks will be hand selected based on products sold. Please include a photo of your menu. While there is no exclusivity guaranteed, market managers will be creating a variety of food options with our selections, and only 6 food/drink vendors will be approved |
| Marketing Boost | $35.00 | Non-refundable | Marketing boost includes the following: 2 or more social media posts including photos of your product, announcement of your presence at the market, and tagging of your page/socials on the post. (130k+ reach) Inclusion on the Market Walkthru on the live feed for Seed Theatre (130k+ reach). Shout out from our EMCEE and opportunity to talk about your product (up to 3 minutes on stage) - Can be you speaking or you may write something for the EMCEE to read. |
