About the application
Are you a skilled craftsman, artisan, or craft vendor? We are looking for artisans and craft vendors. The North Carolina Blackberry Festival in Downtown Lenoir is an excellent opportunity for vendors. Hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance, the festival is in its twenty-third year. The 2-day festival brings in people from all over the state and is one of North Carolina's premiere street festivals.

Terms & Conditions
The NC Blackberry Festival reserves the right to approve or deny this application. You will be notified whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please make sure that your credit card information on your application stays up to date. If you are issued a refund, it will be returned to the card on file. If the card on file is not correct, the DLDA is not liable.
Cancellations:Cancellations can be made until May 31st, 2026. If you withdraw from the festival on or before May 31st, 2026, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after May 31st, 2026.
Cancellation Insurance:Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the ENTIRE festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.

| Application fees | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Application fees will be charged immediately after you submit your application and are non-refundable. The Application fee and Booth fees are both refundable ONLY if Cancellation Insurance is purchased and the cancellation of the ENTIRE festival were to be made by Festival Staff. | 12'x12' Vendor Booth | $125.00 | Non-refundable | All Vendor Booths are 12'x12'. All vendors must remain open for attendees from the start of the festival at 5pm on Friday through the close at 9pm Saturday. All vendor tents must be safely secured with no less than 25 lbs weights at each corner in case of heavy winds or inclement weather. Booth fees will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant. Please make sure that your credit card information on your application stays up to date. If you are issued a refund, it will be returned to the card on file. If the card on file is not correct, the DLDA is not liable. |

| Electrical Outlet 110v 20amp | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Outlets are limited. 110v 20amp The electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval.
