About the application

The Edmonds Art Festival is June 19 - 21, 2026. You MUST be able to stay at the Festival the all three days of the Festival. You also MUST be able to set up on Thursday, June 18th.

 

Space reservation of $150 is due one week after notification of acceptance and is non-refundable.

 

Additionally, you will be required to pay the Festival 20% of your gross sales at the end of the Festival during checkout Sunday evening, June 21, 2026. $100 of your space reservation fee will be credited back to you at this time.

 

To assist the juried selection process, you must include a current photo of your booth, truck or trailer and a description of menu items you intend to sell.

 

 Notification of Acceptance is by April 15, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

  • Your food booth/truck/trailer will be at the Festival for all three days, June 19-21st for the full Festival hours.
  • Load in/set up is Thursday, June 18th. Trucks and trailers must arrive before 9am on Thursday. Booths and tents must arrive no later than 3pm and be done with set up by 5pm on Thursday.
  • Proof of insurance is required.
  • Health permit is required.
  • The South County Fire Marshall will be inspecting all food vendors prior to the opening of the Festival. For a list of what the Fire Marshall will be looking for, visit https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/83963/Regional-Fire-Marshals-Food-Truck-Inspection-Checklist-Sno-Co.
  • Per City of Edmonds ordinance, compostable food service wares are required.
  •  A commission of 20% of gross sales is due to the Edmonds Arts Festival at the end of the event.

Prices

Space Reservation $150.00 Non-refundable You must choose one space reservation and enter credit card information at this time. Space reservation of $150 will ONLY be charged after you have been notified that you have been invited into our festival AND you have accepted. You will be notified no later than April 15th, and you must accept or decline no later than April 22nd. Once your space reservation has been paid for, there are no refunds.
