About the application
This application is for the August 14, 2026 Night Market.
Event time: 6pm – 9pm
Setup Time: 3pm – 5pm day-of event
Each Night Market features 5-6 trucks (2-3 entrée trucks, 1-2 beverage trucks and 1-2 dessert trucks), a gift market of 12-15 vendors, live music and a brew truck — all set in the newly renovated waterfront park and playground on Lake Carroll.
Card payment information will be entered during application process. Your card will NOT be charged until you are accepted.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
Accepted vendors will need to complete a food truck application for the City of Carrollton. The $150 permit fee will be waived.

Terms & Conditions
Food Truck Vendors:
- Must be housed in a food truck and are subject to city permit requirements.
- Submit a copy of your business license and ServSafe certification with application.
- Must supply own water and generator.
- Electricity is not provided.
- If in a trailer, you must detach from your vehicle.
- Food trucks will need to have a current inspection with the Carrollton Fire Marshal. This is non-negotiable and inspections from other municipalities/counties will not be accepted.
