June 2026 – Market Vendor

This application is for the June 12, 2026 Night Market.

Event time: 6pm – 9pm
Setup Time: 3pm – 5pm day-of event

Participants who back out of the event after they are accepted may not be invited back to future events. Fee to participate is $50.

You are only allowed to participate in one Night Market date.

Entry Requirements and Guidelines:

• Market vendors are allocated one 10'x10' space
• Must provide own tables and chairs
• Must provide a black or white 10'x10' tent. No double-sized booths are available at this time.
• No access to electricity. Vendor must light tent with battery operated lights.

Booth fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.

We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis based on quality and variety of product shown in submitted photos.

New: White or black tents are required at all City of Carrollton events.

Market Vendors:

1. A limited number of vendors per category will be accepted.
2. No generators allowed. 
3. Each booth space is 10'x10' No double booth spaces are available this year.
4. Electricity is not provided.
5. No trailers may be left in or around booth space.
6. Vendors must provide their own white or black tent, tables and chairs.
   
7. All items requested to be sold during the show must be listed on the application.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia sales tax.
9. Items not permitted: promo items, cosmetics (makeup, lip gloss, etc.), CBD products.

10. Application must include: 1 current photo of the exhibitor’s booth and at least 4 photos of the items intended to be sold during the show.  ALL exhibitors must submit photos, even if they have submitted and been accepted in the past.
