By signing your final acknowledgment below, you are agreeing to all agreements listed.
CORE LIABILITY & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
1. General Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Star Valley Street Market involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, weather conditions, crowd-related incidents, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Star Valley Street Market, its owners, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and the City or venue hosting the event from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
3. Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Star Valley Street Market, its owners, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my actions, omissions, products, services, employees, or equipment during the event.
4. Personal Injury & Third-Party Injury Liability
I accept full responsibility for any injury or harm caused to myself, my staff, customers, attendees, or third parties resulting from my booth setup, activities, products, or equipment, and agree that Star Valley Street Market shall not be held liable.
5. Property Damage Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by my booth, equipment, displays, vehicles, or activities to public property, private property, event infrastructure, or the property of other vendors.
FOOD & CONSUMABLE-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS
(Required for food, beverage, consumables, tastings)
6. Food Safety & Compliance Acknowledgment
I certify that all food and consumable products sold or distributed by my business comply with all applicable local, state, and federal health regulations, licensing requirements, and food safety standards.
7. Foodborne Illness Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that Star Valley Street Market is not responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, or injury resulting from the consumption of food or beverages sold or distributed by my business, and I accept full liability for any such claims.
8. Ingredient Disclosure Responsibility
I agree that I am solely responsible for disclosing ingredients and potential allergens associated with my food or consumable products and for responding to customer inquiries regarding allergens.
EQUIPMENT, ELECTRICAL & FIRE SAFETY
9. Equipment Use & Safety Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the safe operation, setup, and monitoring of all equipment, tools, heating elements, generators, cords, tents, weights, and displays used during the event.
10. Fire, Electrical & Hazardous Equipment Liability
I accept full responsibility for any fire, electrical malfunction, fuel-related incident, or hazardous condition caused by my equipment or operations and release Star Valley Street Market from any related liability.
11. Tent, Canopy & Weather Liability
I understand that I am responsible for properly securing all tents, canopies, and structures and that Star Valley Street Market is not liable for damage or injury caused by wind, weather, or improper setup.
INSURANCE & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
12. Insurance Responsibility Acknowledgment
I understand that Star Valley Street Market does not provide insurance coverage for vendors and that I am responsible for maintaining any necessary business, liability, or product insurance.
13. Licensing & Permit Compliance
I certify that I hold all required licenses, permits, and approvals necessary to operate my business at this event and understand that failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
EVENT OPERATIONS & DAMAGES
14. Theft, Loss & Damage Disclaimer
I understand that Star Valley Street Market is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to my merchandise, equipment, or personal property.
15. Staff, Volunteers & Subcontractors
I accept full responsibility for the conduct and actions of all employees, volunteers, helpers, performers, or subcontractors associated with my booth or performance.
16. Emergency Situations
I understand that in the event of an emergency, weather evacuation, or safety concern, Star Valley Street Market reserves the right to alter, pause, or terminate the event without liability.
MEDIA & BRAND PROTECTION
17. Photo & Video Release
I grant permission for Star Valley Street Market to photograph or record my booth, products, and activities for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
18. Removal for Safety or Non-Compliance
I understand that failure to comply with event rules, safety standards, or legal requirements may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

| Application fees | $10.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $10 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. If applying after deadline, the application fee will be $20, non-refundable. |
| 10x10 Booth (Full Season of Regular Dates) | $120.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep, no set location per event. |
| 10x20 Booth (Full Season Regular Dates) | $200.00 | Non-refundable | |
| Food Tent (Full Season Regular Dates) | $300.00 | Non-refundable | Electrical and Water hookups need to be requested at a separate cost below. If not selected, you are required to bring a generator. |
| Electrical Outlet | $15.00 | If you are attending all dates, select and pay for all 6 regular events (total would be $90 for electricity when paying ahead of time). | |
| 10x10 (Individual Market Events) | $25.00 | If you are not attending all events and just a select few, change your quantities to reflect how many you are attending. This is a full price selection, buying spaces with full season price is a better deal. |
