1. Mission Alignment and Values
By participating as a vendor, artist, or non-profit organization at the 2026 Cincinnati Pride Festival and/or Parade, you acknowledge and confirm your understanding of our mission. You agree to commit and uphold the values and principles of Cincinnati Pride throughout the duration of your participation and presence at the event(s).
2. Application Integrity and Verification
By submitting this application, you certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
- Verification: The festival organizers reserve the right to verify any details provided and may request supporting documentation at any time.
- Consequences of Misrepresentation: You acknowledge that any false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in the immediate rejection or cancellation of your participation without a refund.
3. Payment and Registration
- Full Payment Required: All payments must be received in full at the time of registration to secure your space.
- Payment Methods: Registration is only confirmed upon successful electronic payment. Checks and mail-in registrations will not be accepted.
- Default: Failure to complete the payment process may result in the automatic cancellation of your registration without prior notice.
4. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to the 2026 Cincinnati Pride Festival are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all vendors and non-profit organizations regardless of the circumstances.
- Cancellation by Participant: If you choose to cancel your participation after your application has been submitted and accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
- Weather and Personal Circumstances: No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to inclement weather, personal emergencies, or any other individual circumstances.
- Space Reallocation: The festival reserves the right to reallocate booth spaces or adjust the event layout, including parade lineup, as necessary and for any reason..
5. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the festival’s control—including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or other "acts of God"—the festival organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust the event. However: No refunds will be issued in the event of a forced cancellation or postponement. All decisions made by the Cincinnati Pride Festival organizers regarding event changes are final.
6. Acknowledgment
Your submission of this application signifies your agreement to these terms and your commitment to maintaining the integrity, fairness, and transparency of the 2026 Cincinnati Pride Festival.
