Welcome to the 3rd Annual Huntley Food Truck Frenzy! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by signing below, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- The Huntley Park District reserves the right to choose exhibitors by compatibility to the nature of the event. We reserve the right to refuse vendors if we feel it would not be the right fit.
- Submission of this application does not mean your booth has been accepted into the event. Approval or Denial notifications will be sent to each vendor via Eventeny, once reviewed by Park District staff.
- Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming "the Huntley Park District as additional insured."
- If approved, placement of your vendor booth and details for the event will be discussed with you by HPD staff as the event gets closer.
- The Huntley Park District will try to limit the number of vendors with a similar product to provide our patrons with variety while still allowing our exhbitors the opportunity for success.
- Exhibitor Application Fees are non-refundable.
- Once accepted, all booth space fees are not refundable (unless the event is cancelled by the Huntley Park District).
Prices
| 10x10 Booth (No Table + Chairs) | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. No electricity will be provided. Each vendor is expected to provide their own table and chairs if they would like. This fee is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the Huntley Park District. |
| 8' Table + 2 Chairs | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Huntley Park District to provide (1) 8' table and (2) chairs for you to use during the event. |
