Dessert/Drink Vendor Application – For The Culture Festival

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Dessert Food Vendor at the Black History Month Food Truck Festival hosted by The Throwdown Events & Entertainment.

This application is for:
🍽 Food Trucks
🍛 Food Trailers
🌮 Food Vendor Tents (10×10 booth)
Any vendor selling FOOD or BEVERAGES must use this application.

This application is for licensed food trucks, trailers, and mobile food vendors requiring a health permit.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
• Application closes January 28, 2026
• Applications are reviewed within 5–7 days
• Your card is NOT charged until approved
• ALL SALES FINAL once approved

By applying to this event, you agree to the following if applicable:

1. Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved.
2.. All tents must be properly weighted for safety.
3.  Vendors must remain for the full duration of the event.
4. No early breakdown is allowed unless instructed by the event director.
5. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
6. Vendors must maintain a clean space and remove trash at the end of the event.
7. The Throwdown Events & Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
8. Event is rain or shine unless otherwise communicated.
9. Approval is based on product variety, presentation, and availability.
10. Your card will only be charged *after approval*.
11. By submitting this application, you agree to all event rules and guidelines.

12. Food trucks must have an active health permit and comply with county regulations.
13. Vendors must bring their own power source (generator).
14. Trucks must fit within the space selected.
15. If fire inspection is required, the vendor is responsible for being compliant.
16. Oil/grease disposal is the vendor’s responsibility.

17. Food vendor tents must follow all temporary food establishment rules if required by county.
