About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is a small event, and parking is limited. We ask that after setup, all vendors park in the designated parking spots and limit one vehicle per vendor.
Setup begins at 10:00 am on the day of the event
Event Hours: 2:00-7:00 pm
Takedowns begin immediately after event is over
Vendors must be off the premises by 10:00pm
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and restricted to their designated 10x10 booth space.
Refunds will be accepted 72 hours prior to event. There are no exceptions after 72 hours and no refund will be issued. In the event of an emergency, you will be provided with a credit to use at one of our future events.
All vendors will be provided with a 10x10 booth space. You must bring your own tables, chairs, and displays. Canopies will not be allowed at this event due to the limited space.
Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal laws. All required licenses and permits must be submitted with the application. Vendors are also required to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance.
Be Unique Vendor Network LLC, reserves the right to approve or deny vendors based on event demand, laws, and health codes.
Vendor applications will be subject to approval. Please keep all products family-friendly, as this is an all age event.
