Photographer, Videographer & Press Pass Policy Agreement
Presented by Ars Media Arts Group

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all photographers, videographers, and members of the press (“Media”) who are granted access to Studio Live NYFW Edition on Feb 14, 2026. By accepting a press pass or media credential, you agree to abide by the following policies without exception:

 
1. Official Ars Media Arts Group Content
All runway, showroom, and event highlight coverage captured by media will be considered Official Ars Media Arts Group Content.
Official Ars Media Arts Group Content will be published exclusively through Ars Media Arts Group channels in collaboration with participating brands.
Media must submit all content to Ars Media Arts Group for review and written approval before posting on any public or social media platform.
Ars Media Arts Group reserves the right to approve, request edits, or deny the release of any captured content.
 
2. Participating Brand Content
Participating brands may create and share behind-the-scenes (BTS), brand journey, set-up, tear-down, and event experience content that reflects their brand’s perspective.
This brand-generated content does not require prior approval, provided it does not include runway footage, show highlights, or content involving other brands without consent.
Any collaborative posts between brands and Ars Media Arts Group will be coordinated directly with Ars MAG.
 
3. Publishing Timeline
All approved media files (photos, video, or other coverage) must be delivered to Ars Media Arts Group no later than 7 days following the event (by September 19, 2025).
Failure to provide assets within this timeframe may result in exclusion from official event publishing opportunities and denial of future press credentials.
 
4. Usage Rights
By participating as credentialed media, you grant Ars Media Arts Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute captured content for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
Media will receive appropriate credit when content is published by Ars Media Arts Group.
 
5. Conduct & Compliance
Media must comply with all event rules and directions provided by Ars Media Arts Group staff and security.
Unauthorized distribution, livestreaming, or monetization of event content without written approval is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate revocation of press credentials, removal from the event, and restriction from future Ars Media Arts Group productions.
 
6. Acknowledgment
By accepting a press pass, photographers, videographers, and press representatives acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
