About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 46th Annual Grayson Day Festival, to be held at Grayson City Park in beautiful Grayson, Georgia, on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Grayson Day is a beloved annual tradition that brings our community together for a fun-filled day of fellowship in the heart of the city. The festival features a variety of vendors offering handmade crafts, antiques, commercial products, food, and promotional materials, along with games and activities for children of all ages.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- All vendors must submit a completed application along with a sample photo of their items/products to be considered for acceptance. Photos must be submitted with the application. Please do not mail or email photos or product samples separately.
- The event map and layout have changed. While vendors may request the same booth location as previous years in the Special Requests section of the application, specific booth placements are not guaranteed.
- Electricity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis with approved payment. Vendors applying for advertisement-only booths acknowledge that electricity is not available to them.
- All vendors are required to provide their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and display materials.
- All tents must be properly weighted. Staking is prohibited at this event. For safety reasons, tents without weights will not be permitted. If a City of Grayson official finds an unattended tent without weights, it will be taken down and placed in the booth space. Unsecured tents pose a serious safety hazard to park visitors.
- The City of Grayson reserves the right to limit menu items for food vendors.
- Grayson Day is a dog-friendly event. Grayson City Park provides dog waste stations throughout the park. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; City of Grayson staff will not do so.
