About the application
Please read the following rules and regulations for Mutts on Main before submitting your application.
Vendor Entry Requirements:
All products, creations and services have to be pet-related.
Submit photos of the work you will be displaying, including booth set-up plans/requirements.
Submit vendor payment of $55
Booth spaces assigned by order in which applications are received.
Booth Size, Fees and Taxes:
Your outdoor exhibit space will be approximately 10 x 10 ft.
Electricity is limited and may not be accessible to all booths.
Exhibitors must bring their OWN display materials such as tables and tents. Booths must be kept clean and all times and ALL items removed following the show. Vendors are encouraged to display their works in creative manner.
No commission is charged to artists and exhibitors are responsible for collecting and submitting all required taxes. Hall County currently collects 7% sales tax.
Set-Up and Breakdown:
Set-up begins Saturday at 8:00am. Be ready to greet customers by 10:00am. All displays are to remain set up until the close of the festival at 4pm. DO NOT BREAK DOWN YOUR BOOTH EARLY and PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BOOTH AREA CLEAN.

Terms & Conditions
- No refunds will be made if you cancel.
- No refunds will be made for bad weather. A rain date will be scheduled in the event of inclement weather.
- If event is cancelled or rescheduled due to force of nature, government, or pandemic related causes, the payment can be used toward the rescheduled date, another Main Street Event, or be donated to the Main Street Gainesville Program.
- No sound equipment in booths. No smoking in the festival area.

- ALL VENDORS: Upload your Business Occupation Tax Certificate
- Are you a food vendor or merchandise vendor?
- Food Vendor Only: Upload Last Food Inspection
- Upload a photo of your set up display.
- Please upload copy of Upload Certificate of Liability Insurance. This needs to show the City of Gainesville as additionally insured. (Please check that the date is valid for the time of the event.)
- Hold Harmless Agreement: I have read all the rules/guidelines and agree to abide by them. I agree to hold harmless Main Street Gainesville, City of Gainesville or Hall County Animal Shelter thereof, from any claim including but not limited to injury to person, damage to property, loss of fire, theft or any other cause, nor will I/we be party to any lawsuit. This is a legal and binding hold harmless agreement.
